Your original purchase stays yours
You keep all the original Pro features you paid for. You do not need to buy Pro 2.0 or start a subscription to continue using them. The upgrade adds new capabilities; it does not replace your original purchase.
A new chapter takes real work
Pro 2.0 brings new ways to create and perform with your lights: Party shows and pad layouts, deeper Disco controls, more live performance options and backup export. Designing, building and testing these capabilities takes substantial development work.
Keeping hueDynamic moving forward
Development continues after a feature is released. Maintaining compatibility with mobile operating systems and Hue hardware, fixing problems and supporting customers all take ongoing work. Charging for the new Pro 2.0 features makes that work more sustainable and helps us continue developing hueDynamic.
A thank-you for existing customers
Eligible original Pro customers can choose a discounted one-time loyalty upgrade. The app shows your local store price and, when comparable prices are available, the percentage saved against the regular lifetime purchase. There is no subscription required for this one-time upgrade.
Choose what works for you
Monthly and annual subscriptions are also available as alternatives. They provide Pro 2.0 access while the subscription remains active. The one-time upgrade provides permanent Pro 2.0 access. Choosing not to upgrade leaves your original Pro features available.
Restore and check your offer
Open the upgrade sheet in hueDynamic and use Restore purchases with the store account used for your original purchase. The app verifies ownership and shows the available options. Eligibility depends on your verified original purchase; an active subscription already provides Pro 2.0 and prevents a duplicate loyalty purchase. Prices and purchase availability are confirmed in the app store.
